TNT will launch a microseries on July 22 to promote the Dodge
Challenger, while giving consumers a shot to win the new automobile
and participate in other promotions.
Lucky Chance is a crime drama that features the Challenger
as the protagonist's car of choice. The series encompasses 20
two-minute episodes running during TV shows
Bones and
Law
& Order. The premiere of
Lucky Chance will offer the
first six episodes of the series during Bones.
After it airs, the series will live online at the
Lucky
Chance Web site,
www.tnt.tv/series/luckychance, with AT&T
and Dodge as sponsors. Like Dodge, AT&T will push its products
via placement and broadcast spots for the series.
Viewers will be able to interact with the Dodge brand through a
Challenger driving game, a Dodge trivia game and enter a contest
for a chance to win a 2009 Dodge Challenger.
The Challenger, arriving in showrooms later this summer, is hitting
the market as fuel price
concerns are dragging down sales of both large
vehicles and high-powered cars.
